Senior Mechanical Design Engineer job, London, £45-60k technical global consultancy Your new company This leading global building services engineering consultancy attracts high-value, technical, and complex projects. Key markets include new build and major refurbishment of high profile workplaces, prime residential, high-rise, hotels, major retail, and critical systems. A reputation for high technical standards across their work, they attract driven and technically minded engineers who enjoy challenging project work. Working out of a new office space in a the heart of London they are ready to expand their mechanical team with a new project leading mechanical engineer. Your new role You will join a major projects team within this busy global engineering firm. Your work will be focused in London and the surrounding regions. You will work on complex and high value buildings projects, producing complete building services mechanical designs, with involvement at all design stages. You will work on projects including high-value workplaces, hotels, luxury residential, and more. You will be client-facing on a regular basis, and expected to represent an established and respected brand. What you'll need to succeed You will have experience of working in a building services consultancy environment as a mechanical design engineer. You will be capable and experienced in leading your own projects, and working in-front of clients. You will have a particular interest in high-value workplace projects, and understand the expectations of demanding clients in this market. You will have excellent technical standards in your work, a drive to continue learning, and strong client-facing behaviours.
