Architectural Technician/Technologist
Overview
Would you be interested in joining an AJ100 practice within the Winchester area? A leading Architectural studio are currently on the lookout for an Architectural Technician/Technologist to join them on a permanent basis, salary circa £35,000 depending on experience. This position is ideal for someone with at least 2-3 years industry experience and with a proven track record of delivering high quality technical detailing packages and construction drawings. You'll be coordinating between various teams in the office so good communication skills are needed to reflect this. The company being the size that it is work on a variety of schemes ranging from residential to commercial, education, leisure and many more thus a varied background could suit. Revit is the order of the day for this position and fluency would certainly be ideal, that being said if you don't have fluency with Revit then don't let this deter you, the company values someones strong technical background over their software ability and they do provide their own training if required.
