Overview
Multiple Multi Trade operatives required in Oxfordshire. Your new company You will be working for a national housing association, for their in house maintenance team based in Oxfordshire. Where the focus will be high quality work and outstanding customer service levels. Your new role You will be carrying out a range of maintenance work on the responsive, service and repairs to the properties across Oxfordshire. You will be carrying out a range of building trade requirements including, tiling, painting and decorating, basic plumbing and carpentry. What you'll need to succeed To succeed, you will need to have good knowledge of the building trades and have experience working in a similar environment. You must have a full UK driving License due to the requirement of travel. City and Guilds / NVQ within a trade is desired, although is not essential. What you'll get in return In return, you will receive a competitive salary DOE. 32 days holiday, including bank holidays, company van fuel card, and power tools.
