Overview
Multi Trade Carpenter role available in Central Oxford Your new company You will be working with a large property provider providing all round property maintenance to a number or properties located in Oxford. Your new role You will be carrying out all round property maintenance to a number properties in Oxford. You will be carrying out a range of building trade requirements including, tiling, painting and decorating, carpentry, basic plumbing and electrical requirements. Successful candidates will be provided with PPE equipment, uniform and a vehicle. The role is predominantly reactive, responding swiftly to emergency trade situations and planned, carrying out routine checks and corrections. What you'll need to succeed To succeed you will need to have good knowledge of the building trades and have experience working in occupied properties. You must have a full UK Driving Licence as this is essential for the role. You must have experience in a building trades role, ideally with a carpentry biased background. CIty & Guilds / NVQ is desired although is not essential. Successful candidates should have a strong eye for detail as the company have an excellent reputation of its property portfolio and its maintenance.
