With an enviable track record across new build volume housing, urban regeneration schemes and bespoke refurbishments this company can offer a varied project base, sustainable work load over the next 5 years and the opportunity to work with a settled and engaged workforce to an experienced housebuilding contracts manager. Your new role As contracts manager you will be responsible for managing multiple housing projects and project teams. You will take a big picture view of your projects ensuring they are resourced and set up correctly from the start and the correct methodology and build strategy is selected. A key part of this role is developing and leading your teams so you will be expected to demonstrate your exceptional construction knowledge and people management expertise to ensure your projects are progressing well. You will be focused on production ,people and quality customer service. What you'll need to succeed Our client are recognised as an industry leader who employ some of the best people in this space. The ideal candidate will be an experienced contracts manager with a track record of achievement within housebuilding and construction. You will probably have come up from the tools and developed your experience as a site and project manager before you got the opportunity to work as a contracts manager. You are a natural leader who commands respect based on your personality and technical expertise and you have deployed this skillset to build high performing teams previously on award winning housebuilding projects.
