UI/UX Designer Glasgow Up to £40K Bonus and Car Allowance Overview Are you looking for your next move as a UI/UX developer but would prefer to work with a company on their product than producing for an agency? If so, Sanderson are working with a Glasgow based FinTech company who would leave to hear more from you. This role is the first of its kind for the company so you should be comfortable working autonomously and should be excited by the thought of being able to define the design direction of a growing organisation who are experts in their field. You'd be joining a company who genuinely invest in their employee's development, offer flexible working hours and an excellent salary benefits package in a role which has genuine opportunity to do something different. Requirements As mentioned, you should have completed various projects in a commercial setting and should be keen to get your hands dirty from day one. Excellent people skills, you will work closely with developers to help them understand these needs and the importance of the user experience. You should be naturally driven and always looking for ways that UI/UX can be improved, whether it be on brand new projects or for existing products.
