Overview
Onezeero are working with a software house based in Leeds City Centre; we currently have an opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join the support team. The vacancy has come available because as the business grows there is an increased demand to ensure their host of applications have smooth day-to-day operations. We're looking for candidates who have experience managing applications and conducting project upgrades. You'll have the expectation of holding yourself accountable of ensuring the applications can continue to run smoothly, monitoring reports and logs, with a proactive approach to managing any future faults. To be successful within this position we are looking for candidates with a blend of the following skillset: Previous Application Support experience Strong understanding of SQL Basic understanding of any Shell Scripting Knowledge of maintaining data The salary available for this position is between £30,000-35,000 DOE.
