QC Laboratory Manager Job Title: QC Laboratory Manager Salary: Negotiable Location: Wigan Sector / Industry: Scientific Job Reference: LM3003W I'm currently recruiting for an opportunity for someone to join an award winning chemical manufacturer as a QC laboratory manager. The role will involve overseeing of a department and working to KPIs such as completion of testing, compliance, safety and utilisation of the team. The main objective of the role will be to oversee the team and ensure safe and smooth running. . Package Details: Negotiable Salary Hours of work: Full time Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the QC lab – including auditing and completion of COSHH assessments People management – division of workload, training and development Handle escalated issues or complaints Maintain QC documentation Set and ensure adherence to department targets Stock control of the department Required Skills & Experience: Prior experience of leading a lab team is essential COSHH Knowledge NEBOSH or IOSH is desirable Great computer skills A positive and approachable managerial style To apply, please send a copy of your CV and a covering letter to or, alternatively, submit your application via the link below.
