Office based Call Centre Advisor required for temporary to permanent position. Call Centre Advisor - Inbound Office based Call Centre Advisor required for temporary to permanent position. Your new company Hays are delighted to be working in conjunction with a well known house hold name in the Milton Keynes Area. We are looking to fill a number of Temporary to permanent vacancies with experienced office based Call Centre Advisors. Your new role The main duties in this role will involve delivering excellent service to all customers, providing a high level of customer satisfaction and ensuring all customer queries are actioned and handled in a professional manner. What you'll need to succeed The ideal Candidate for this position will have the following skills; Would suit school Leaver/Graduate or somebody looking to change career into a call centre environment role.
