IT Service Transition & Delivery Manager Stoke on Trent Permanent One of my prestigious clients' is looking to bring on board an experienced IT Service Transition and Delivery Manager to work as part of a relatively new team supporting in change management and incident management within a highly successful business. This team will expand as the company grows so there are longer term opportunities for progression. Key Skills and Responsibilities To ensure the new/changing IT services are fit for purpose, supportable and maintainable and handed over to BAU in a controlled way. Reporting into the IT Service Delivery Manager, the role of the Service Transition manage will be to support change management and incident management and where required some SDM cover. Reviewing business requirements against application and infrastructure designs Produce service documentation Responsible for managing the transition of new and modified services Work with business leaders, development and support teams, 3rd parties, Service Delivery Management and incident management teams.
