Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telephone Research Executive to join a well-established telemarketing agency based in Birmingham. As a Telephone Research Executive you will be required to conduct outbound calls from the in-house database system to attain new and update/validate existing contact names, job titles, email address's and relevant company information from a reception level. Requirements: Previous experience calling a database Assertive telephone manner Moderate typing speed Attention to detail is a MUST along with accuracy towards spelling Initially, the role is temporary for around 3-4 months however, the right candidate will be considered for a permanent role afterwards.
