Description Graduate Customer Coordinator will: Answer all customer queries in a timely and professional manner Build brand loyalty through great service level Accurately advise on products and services, with great company knowledge Resolve complaints as quickly as possible, and ensure customer has great overall experience Record data accurately to ensure records are correct for future use Communicate with customers via various channels, e.g. phone/email/social media etc Occasional visits to customer sites for training or events Pay great attention to detail, maintaining order/invoice accuracy Profile Successful Graduate Customer Coordinator will have/be: Self-motivated, with positive attitude to work Enthusiastic, with a strong work ethic Organised; able to meet deadlines Great communication skills Able to manage time effectively to get through own workload Active listener Team player, but also able to work autonomously Full clean driving licence Professional demeanour Graduate Good IT skills Able to learn quickly and pick up new skills Job Offer Career progression path competitive salary bonus scheme Graduate opportunity
