Roofing Site Manager - Medium Size Main Contractor - London The Company My client are considered a reputable Medium Size Main Contractor, with a turnover of circa. £30m with their head office based in East London. The majority of their projects are predominately within the residential social housing refurbishment & maintenance sector, covering a range of decent homes and high end refurbishment alongside planned and reactive maintenance projects as well as new build schemes. Roofing Site Manager Overview: My client are seeking a multiple Site Managers for their roofing division, - working upon a number of upcoming social housing, education and public sector projects. The upcoming projects will consist of flat, felt and pitched roofing systems alongside general external refurbishment, scaffolding and EWI aspects. The projects will be based throughout London & surrounding home counties. A Site Manager with previous flat, felt or pitched roofing project experience with necessary site certification is essential. Prior experience of working upon local authority/housing association and public sector external repairs projects will be looked upon favourably. Salary and package overview: The salary on offer this position is in excess of £40k - £50k package, including: travel & pension scheme.
