Senior Insight Analyst West London £55,000-£65,000 Benefits MBN’s client, a leading Technology and Entertainment business are in search for a Senior Insight Analyst to join their team. As a member of the Customer Analytics team, the successful candidate will help drive decision making using factual data and insight. This role is an exciting opportunity to join us and work within a well established and experience Customer Analytics team. Responsibilities: Create actionable insight through analytics, investigate what the data and explain how data be actioned upon to improve customer plans Using a range of analytics techniques such as forecasting, segmentation, predictive analytics and decision trees Summarise findings in a commercial focused and actionable way and should be able to articulate reasons for good and bad performance in segments of our base and what improvement actions could be taken Develop relationships with key stakeholders to reach an understanding of business areas within an analytical context. Requirements: Previous experience using either SQL/SAS/Python is required Experience of segmentation techniques and predictive algorithms with an understanding of insight and decision science methodologies Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Experience of visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI Experience in managing analytics projects from start to finish, covering customer analytics, research and decisioning Stakeholder management and relationship building skills will be required for this position.
