Compliance Monitoring Officer This is a field-based role, applicants must be willing to travel around the Midlands region Basic Salary upto £24,000 dependent on experience Company Car or Car Allowance Excellent Benefits Package An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Compliance Monitoring Officer to join our evolving Compliance Team. We are looking for a highly motivated, skilled and driven individual to join our Compliance Team, the ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a regulated environment preferably within the FCA’s regulatory framework. Experience of compliance monitoring activities is not essential as all training is provided. In the role, you will be based from home and will accompany our Sales Team on a number of sales appointments each week across the Midlands region of the UK. You will manage and plan your own diary so you will need to be a self-starter who is organised and proactive. The role will be covering the Midlands Region so travel and occasional overnight stays will be required. Compliance Responsibilities: Assessment of all field Based Sales Staff for quality and compliance standards. To provide thorough and concise feedback to the employee after each observation. To complete accurate assessment forms for each observation and ensure a consistent approach to the scoring is decided upon. To produce a weekly report of your progress every Friday for the previous week and send by email to the Compliance Manager. To accurately complete monthly reports to be submitted to the Compliance Manager. To assist with training where required in respect of the observations completed. What you Bring to the Team Background working in a regulated environment essential Previous experience working in a field based role Excellent Planning and Organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively and provide feedback in a constructive manner. Highly proficient in all office packages in particular Excel.
