Role Title: Private Client Solicitor Location: Brighton Salary: Dependent on Experience A leading law firm based in Brighton is seeking to recruit a private client solicitor to join their thriving and well respected Private Client Department. Our client is well-known for a variety of specialisms in the Sussex market. They now seek to add a private client solicitor or legal executive with 4 years' PQE to join their fantastic team. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified Private Client Solicitors looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits. An expanding, Private Client department within an established high street law firm, my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, the high street and high net worth individuals. You will be taking over an existing caseload and will be undertaking all aspects of private client work to include wills (simple and more complex), estate administration, tax and trust matters, along with LPA’s Court of Protection matters and deputyship applications. The role will also involve business development to grow their presence in the Sussex market. This is a lead role so will eventually be responsible for recruiting a team. The firm itself offers a modern and progressive, along with a friendly and supportive, working environment. They offer plenty of support in regards to typing and administration with the use of a legal secretary, along with plenty of opportunities to progress.
