Process Order Administrator Royston £25k p.a (plus excellent benefits) Monday - Friday Full Time, Permanent Coulter Elite Resourcing - Recruitment Specialists are now recruiting for a Process Order Administrator to work for a reputable manufacturing company in Royston. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join an established company who are specialists in their field. As Process Order Administrator you will responsible for the processing of products, spares and consumable orders. You will make sure that stock is available, and orders shipped on time for a specific group of products. You will be an excellent communicator, keeping all parties updated with the status of current orders. You will work as part of the commercial operations team and the liaise with the manufacturing department managing the stock and shipping for all finished goods and spares globally. The ideal applicant will have previous experience of order processing and have excellent administration skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and ideally have knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Principle Responsibilities:- To coordinate deliver of finished goods Ensure all orders are entered onto SAP system Respond to spares requests according to service level agreements Support dispatch specialist Maintain communication with internal and external stakeholders during ordering process Person specification: - MUST have a strong administration background Order processing background within a manufacturing environment preferred Excellent attention to detail Experience of using SAP Competent user of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and Outlook This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm.
