Overview
Warehouse Operatives Location – NN8 2DH £8.50 - £12.75 per hour Temp – Perm Pertemps are working in partnership with their client to recruit 30 Warehouse Operatives to join their team in Wellingborough. The client is one of the biggest third party logistics company in the world who employs 82k colleagues. The role is on a full time basis, with opportunity to gain a permanent role. This shift choice comes with 37.5hr rotas assigned each week for various shifts. Candidates can upskill from warehouse operative to a FLT reach driver with in house trainers. Shifts available: 06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 06:30-14:30/14:30-22:30 Rotational 22:30-06:30 There is a subsidised canteen and free secure on-site parking. The site is in easy reach of the A14, A605 and A45. As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include: Preparing products to be dispatched to customers. Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience:Picking, packing, scanning and labelling items. Abiding to health and safety best practices Ensuring areas are kept clean and tidy at all times To be successful as a Warehouse Operative you will have the following skills and experience: Previous Operative experience would be an advantage but full training will be given Experience of achieving pick rates and accuracy targets Knowledge of voice pick / LLOP / FLT is desirable As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include: Picking, packing, scanning and labelling items. Preparing products to be dispatched to customers. Ensuring warehouse areas are kept clean and tidy at all times. The ideal Warehouse Operative will have the following skills and experience: Candidates must be reliable and hardworking to meet performance targets.
