An amazing chef de partie position has become vacant and being recruited for ASAP Not many chef de partie positions like these arise as this one will give you restaurant food, excellent working conditions and wonderful Monday to Friday hours The salary will be up to £25k basic with plenty of paid overtime available. Monday to Friday working week. The chef de partie role: New building that includes the stunning floors of food & beverage. The department is a showcase within the business. The hospitality ranges from set menus in the fine dining to run an a la carte service for breakfast, lunch and dinner On average cater for over 200 a la carte in a week plus all the other hospitality requirements which include sandwiches, buffets, casual dining, canapes and events. Working in a team of 8-10 chefs The kitchen has been equipped with modern cooking facilities and utensils to ensure a high quality of food is served. The chef de partie has the possibility to earn up to £30k with the overtime while having weekends off. A career with lots of potential awaits the incoming chef de partie…….
