Sous Chef Korean

A leading global food supplier has a position of a Korean sous chef vacant at one of their contracted food units within Surrey region. The role will be reporting into the head chef but being able to run their own Korean section.The salary on offer is negotiable but around the £35,000 per annum figure with a Monday to Friday working week. The sous chef: Fluent in English and Korean Be able to create Korean dishes Understands the financial aims of the business and takes ownership Will ensure that focus is front of house and ensure standards are maintained within the unit Directs and manages people to get the best performance and see the business grow Experience in Korean restaurants or working for Korean firms as a sous chef or a head chef is essential. The restaurant will be serving around 800 daily including the Korean food offer. This is a great experience for a Korean sous chef to work sociable hours and work with their own menu and creations.
