Overview

Our client is an award-winning caterer based in Surrey and Hampshire managing events throughout 4 prestigious venues and exclusive country house wedding locations If you have an interest in furthering your experience and knowledge within the catering industry, this role will involve joining a talented team - in the production group kitchen and working day times throughout the weekdays, to then run and work at the large events on location on the weekends as required The role will include, supporting a team of chefs. The client is a leader in their field and therefore looking for candidates with a strong culinary knowledge, experience working to a 4/5 star standard would be preferable. Duties and Responsibilities: · To assist in the assurance of the highest standards of food quality, service and cleanliness being met · To deal with all customers and staff in a polite, courteous and professional manner. · To perform all necessary administration duties, including completion of daily sheets, checking of deliveries, recording transfers and stock taking. · To assist in the assurance of maintaining the highest standards of hygiene in the kitchen. - to manage the catering service, and team in a competent manner and to develop and coach the team as required This position offers a competitive salary plus benefits.
