Overview
A large private equity backed Pan-European commercial real estate investor is looking for a German speaking Transaction Analyst to support the Transaction Director and wider investment team. Role: Supporting the transaction team to review, underwrite, conduct due diligence and execute new acquisition, development and disposition projects Coordinating with the regional asset management and finance teams to form and support an opinion and recommendation on the transaction projects Developing and preparing detailed financial models in Excel to evaluate prospective real estate investments Perform detailed market research on supply/demand fundamentals, sales and rent comparables, macro trends, etc. by compiling and summarizing data and market research reports Prepare investment committee memoranda and presentation materials Assisting in the execution and day-to-day management of transactions with the support of in-house teams as well as external advisors Forming a network of contacts in the sector and staying on top of the acquisitions, development and disposition activity across the market Developing and cultivating relationships with all stakeholders Qualification & Experience: Master’s in real estate or Equivalent Experience in Real Estate or Corporate Finance Financial modelling skills with very strong analytical / numeracy skills German language skills (Essential)
