Overview
A well-respected, award-winning, North London based Main Contractor is looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Office Administrator to support their ever-busy Administration Manager. The Role The Office Administrator role has arisen due to an ongoing increase in workload for the company, so this is a real opportunity to take on a wide range of Construction Admin tasks. Duties will initially include: Managing in-house database Answering phone calls General admin - Photocopying, printing, binding, and filing documents Booking company events The Company This Main Contractor dedicate 1 or 2 of the directors to each project. This helps to maintain build quality throughout and helps nurture long-standing relationships which bring a steady stream of ongoing work. The company pride themselves on retaining staff with many of the staff having been there for in excess of 15 years. This is achieved by focussing on ongoing professional development and upskilling of employees. The Person The successful Office Administrator will be a strong communicator and be able to multitask and prioritise workload effectively. They will have: 6 months in an Admin role Confident telephone manner Strong IT skills - predominantly Office suite.
