Estimator - Drylining & Ceilings About the Client: Our Client are a drylining and suspended ceilings specialist based in Warwickshire. They have an opportunity for an experienced Drylining, Suspended Ceilings, to join the well established team. About the Role: Reading construction drawings and specifications Take-off material quantities from drawings. Compiling bills of quantities Obtaining quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Calculating costs for labour, plant and materials. Preparation and submission of tenders Maintaining records of up to date prices Liaising with clients and visiting sites. Business Generation Using specialised software for preparation of tenders Administration of all paperwork associated with estimating About the Candidate: Proven experience as an Estimator with a Drylining contracting for at least 3 years Commercially astute, numerate, risk averse & able to accurately forecast cost & sale Be able to provide both summarised and detailed reports, on current activities. Priorities and organise, taking a methodical approach Have good practical organisation skills, planning of resources and programme scheduling Self-motivated, enthusiastic with a high standard of personal performance Multi-tasking, self-motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work Communicator & motivator with ability to communicate across all levels of seniority from the workforce through to Senior Management level Points of Appeal: Competitive basic salary Company car fuel allowance Progression
