If this sounds like you, read on Our client is looking for a Finance Director to join their team based in Manchester . You will be working on a part time basis (3 days per week however this can be flexible). In return for your hard work and commitment, our client will offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum per annum depending on experience. What qualifications and experience are our client looking for in their Finance Director? - Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) - At least 10 years’ experience of working in finance with a clear understanding of forecasting, budgeting, monitoring, production of MIS. - Experience of Strategic Business Planning and Management. - Experience at Board Level. - Understanding of Corporate Governance and working with Non-Executive Directors (Desirable) - Good understanding of raising finance (Desirable) What abilities are our client looking for in their Finance Director? - Strong commercial sense. - The ability to prioritise and to meet deadlines under pressure whilst remaining calm; good time management. - Ability to act with CEO in key Leadership and Organisation Representation role. - Confident in public speaking. - Ability to take a pro-active approach to potential challenges, demonstrating initiative and a ‘can do’ attitude to problem-solving and with strong organisational capabilities. - Prepared to work outside office hours if required.
