Overview
Our client is looking to recruit a Property Manager to be responsible on a day to day basis for their portfolio of properties on behalf of their clients. Applicants should have at least two years experience within a residential property management role and should ideally have experience managing corporate landlords with large portfolios. Duties will involve: Preparing agreements for tenants Carrying out referencing, maintenance, renewals, arrears management and property inspections Negotiating contract renewals Preparing inventories, and daily correspondence Arranging for gas, water and electrical checks Keeping owners up to date Liaison with contractors, building managers and tenants General administration You will be part of a friendly team within a successful and growing organisation. You will need to be highly organised and resilient, able to work under pressure whilst remaining calm and maintaining attention to detail. You will need excellent people skills and be a good communicator too. ARLA qualified desirable.
