Overview
Rutherford Briant are recruiting exclusively for an experienced yet innovative Payroll Manager to join an exciting Top 20 firm based in the Peterborough area. Our client is looking for an experienced candidate who has the ability to lead and manage their team effectively whilst also being able to implement new ideas and process's. Duties include: Responsable for managing a team of 10 Payroll sadministrators/seniors. Able to lead the team through changes within the department when needed. Ensure payrolls are processed in an accurate and timely manner in line with statutory legislation and company policies. Process net salary and PAYE/NIC BACS payments on online banking system and prepare BACS forms, ensure payments are made on a timely manner Being responsible for the weekly and monthly payroll Deal with HMRC PAYE queries. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in successfully managing a team through the maintinence of large payrolls across weekly bi-weekly and monthly schedules.
