Overview

An experienced Payroll Administrator is required to join our client’s growing accountancy and financial services business. This is a fast paced role where you will be processing multiple payrolls for a portfolio of clients. Specific duties include: Setting up and processing new and existing payrolls for a range of clients. Processing starters and leavers and submitting RTI reports to the HMRC. Calculating holiday pay, SMP, SSP and SPP. Issuing payslips to employees and a breakdown summary to each client. Weekly and monthly submission of auto-enrolment pensions. Liaising with pension scheme providers. Dealing with payroll queries from clients and their employees. You should have at least 2-3 years previous payroll experience (ideally in a bureau or accountancy practice), have experience of running multiple payrolls, be able to work to strict deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
