We at Lunatus Resourcing LTD are representing a high calibre Care Group, looking for a Head Chef for their luxury care home in Hastings, East Sussex. Key responsibilities in the role as the Head Chef will include: Designing delicious menus for residents, at all times considering residents individual preferences and dietary requirements Preparing and serving meals Guiding, directing and coaching kitchen staff Working closely with other chefs, chef assistants and senior management team Stock control; stock replenishing/ ordering Managing the Food Safety and H&S requirements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and up to date This is a great opportunity for a chef that has pride in cooking, but with the added bonus of sociable hours.
