Head of Digital | Digital Transformation Lead| InsureTech| Insurance | Flex Working Your new company Is one of Europe's most profitable insurance company's making close to £150M in 2019. Your new company need a Senior Project Manager to help with their huge digital transformation. Your new company see digital as being central to their ambitions of breaking into the top 5 Insurance companies in Europe hence why your move as the Head of Digital is highly important. Your new role As the Head of Digital, you will own digital across the company in it's entirety. You will be responsible for the innovation, maintenance and upgrading of the existing platforms and infrastructure. You will find new and innovative ways in improving the digital experience of your everyday insurance customer. Digital is central to your new company breaking in to the top 5 insurance companies in Europe and you will therefore manage and build inhouse and outsourced teams whilst deciding whether to buy or build particular tools/products. What you'll need to succeed Developer backgrounds is preferred; As the Head of Digital you would need to demonstrate a successful track record of working on B2C programmes; If you have worked in InsureTech or worked specifically with Guidewire that would preferable but not essential to this particular role; Experience leading Digital functions aimed at improving ordinary customer digital experience; Experience managing at least 15 Technical staff; Experience managing inhouse and outsourced staff; Industry background where the "everyday customer" is the end client.
