Manager Oxford- New Fish & Chip Shop, Headington, Oxford £27,500 basic, plus overtime free live in We are looking for a Fish & Chip Shop Manager for one of Oxford's most popular licensed eateries/takeaways; '' Posh Fish'' on the London Road in Headington. It has been in the same family for over 30 years and has a fantastic reputation. They are looking to relaunch the business and plan to re-open in May. As the Manager of this new business, you will report directly into the owner, who plans to be onsite during the daytime's to help during lunch service, do some ordering and to also focus on the companies new Marketing plan, using Facebook and Instagram. The new Posh Fish will come with a totally new menu, using the freshest ingredients. They will also open for breakfast and will sell soft drinks, bottles of prosecco and a range of International beers, should you choose to eat in. We are looking for a Manager ideally from a fast-food outlet that understands speed and volume but where the quality of the product is not compromised and who has fantastic customer service experience. This role is massively hands-on. Not only will you be out front serving, clearing tables and managing staff, you will also need to operate the Fryers time to time, covering breaks and days off. This role will see you managing around 10 staff, including Kitchen Porters, Servers and Fryer Chefs. The salary for this role is £27,500 based on a 48 hour week, plus paid overtime.
