The position is full time, working Monday - Friday from 8.30am - 5.00pm. Your new role Duties involve; Taking control of all aspects of purchase ledger including supplier reconciliations and supplier payments Sub Contractor ledger, ensuring necessary approvals, issuing certificates and CIS payments Payroll for weekly staff, checking timesheets, expenses and submission to HRMC Preparation of cash book and bank reconciliations Ad-hoc duties as required What you'll need to succeed AAT qualified at level 3 Highly numerate with good analytical and problem solving skills, accuracy and detail is key Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Be a self starter and be able to demonstrate initiative Competent in Microsoft Excel and a good general knowledge of IT applications Team player, able to work within a small team What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
