Our client is a true Value-Added Distributor of sustainable IT security solutions used to protect and defend IT networks, servers, devices, data, applications as well as the cloud. Due to expansion and future growth plans they are looking to expand their team with a Security Consultant. Security Consultant - The Role: The role is responsible for the technical delivery of security solutions within the UK portfolio. This includes being a technical resource to the sales team, helping to aligning the needs of our customers to that of the technologies that we offer. With a strong focus on pre-sales activities there will also be a need to carry out post sales and training activities where there are the demands of the product sets. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Pre-sale delivery of security solutions Post sales implementation Training course delivery where aligned to assigned product Reseller enablement Delivering seminars on technical solutions Security Consultant - The Candidate: This role was created in response to meet the demands of a successfully growing business and expanding Professional Services department. The candidate has to be able to manage and run with multiple IT security disciplines across many opportunities. Key strengths areas for the consultants should ideally cover: Next-Gen Firewall Technology Web Proxies CASB DLP SMTP General skills CASB Excellent written and verbal communication skills Outstanding teamwork skills Be highly motived individual Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skill.
