Overview
A Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner is required for a fantastic opportunity with a highly established Law firm in Manchester to cover maternity leave between 9-12 months. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years solid conveyancing experience across all aspects including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, shared ownership, new builds, right to buy and you will also have strong post completion experience. You will also have excellent time management skills and you must also be confident in liaising with clients. The ability to use case management systems is essential, as is an organised approach to your work and a confident and professional communication style.
