Overview
Office Manager and EA to the CEO £27,000 - £30,000 Permanent London Have you got experience of managing a busy office or supporting in a personal assistant role? Are you passionate about the charity sector and interested in working with an organisation that support blind and partially sighted people? As Office Manager for this impactful charity, you will work closely with all areas of the team to ensure that the office is effectively run and is a welcoming environment to all visitors. You will also provide skilled day-to-day support to the CEO and blind or partially sighted colleagues. Duties include, overseeing and monitoring supplies, Head office and improvements budget and any relationships with external suppliers. Performing various reception and executive assistant duties to support the CEO with correspondence, administration, scheduling and board meetings. As well as supporting other departments heads with administration. About you: Experience of managing a busy office and/or personal assistant role Experience of building relationships, and influence, with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders Ability to manage a wide range of projects, prioritise workload and meet deadlines Ability to use own initiative and pay close attention to detail; capable of hands on problem-solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions.
