The role you would have as Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Extensive training will be given to you to ensure you are fully prepared for the role Candidate networking Placing top professionals into a wide variety of cutting-edge positions Producing adverts for roles Reviewing CVs Interviewing and prepping candidates for roles Maintaining successful client relationships Hitting/ Surpassing targets to earn impressive commission The ideal Trainee Recruitment Consultant should possess most of the following: Ambitious and confident Strong communication skills Highly sociable Money hungry and prepared to work extremely hard to get that A recent graduate from university (in the last two years) A sales background is preferred but not essential What will the role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant offer?
