Overview
Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Brighton Are you the next member of the family? We have a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is looking to start a career in recruitment. The role involves being very proactive with advertising, headhunting and interviewing a high volume of candidates within a high value, booming market: Analytics, and more specifically Data Science. Within time, the role will evolpe into identifying new business opportunities, and using a number of sales tecnniques to win new clients, and grow out your own desk. You will need to have excellent rapport building skills to establish long term relationships with both Clients and Candidates. You will be joining an established team based in our Central Brighton office, with one day being based in our London, Cannon Street office. The ideal candidate will have experience of working within an office environment, experience of working within a sales capacity would be an advantage but is not essential.
