This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with experience working in an office environment to join a leading distributor within trade publishing You will accurately maintain systems and facilitate accurate and timely payments This role is to start ASAP and is a fixed term contract until December 2021. Key duties: Interpret contracts and set up details on the royalty system, making amendments as required Liaise with partners in divisions to obtain information required to set up contracts Raise subrights invoices for royalties and investigate and allocate subright monies received Attend meetings with divisions where required to update or assist on outstanding subright debtors Maintain relationships with author, agents and with the business and answer queries Dealing with cross-border tax and VAT issues Experience / skills required: Experience working in an office environment A general understanding of how to apply VAT and withholding tax Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills An organised and accurate self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team Excellent communication skills Strong PC skills Please apply online via Reed Atwood Tate embraces diversity and seeks to promote the benefits of diversity in all of our business activities and to develop a business culture that reflects that belief.
