Overview
Elevation Business Support are currently recruiting for a German speaking Account manager to work for our client based in Sheffield. The main purpose of the role is to provide and outstanding level of service clients and customers who are predominantly based in Germany who have lodged queries and ensuring their queries are resolved effectively. The main responsibilities include:- -Willing to travel regularly -Be the first point of contact for customers -Work closely with other departments to manage client relationships -Ensure each client is supported with services offered -Client/Site level reporting and trend analysis -Attend specific client-related meetings where appropriate To be considered for this role you must be fluent in both English and German both written and oral. You will be competent in using Microsoft Office Applications and well versed in using Excel to analyse data and produce reports. You will be an analytical thinker with experience of customer/client service. You will need to have excellent time management skills with a full clean UK driving licence.
