Job Title: First Line Support Engineer Type: Contract Day Rate: £80 - £120 per day Start Date: ASAP Contract: 6 months My client, a leading IT Service Provider, based in Central London is looking for a First Line Support Engineer with at least 1-2 years’ experience, to provide IT support for their growing varied customer profile. Key Skills & Responsibilities: Good knowledge and experience in Microsoft Desktop software (Windows XP / 7 / 8 / OS) Previous experience with Service Management Tool – Service Now Expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS Office and Outlook Ability to act as Smart Hands for standard software and hardware MAC experience is preferable If this sounds like the ideal role for you, please apply to the role and we will be in touch.
