Overview
Abbott Pharmacy (Muswell Hill) is part of a small independent group. Direct contact with owner so able to provide continuous support and build an excellent relationship. The pharmacist will be expected to lead their team confidently to drive the business. They will be required to:- Deliver KPIs for the business such as scripts number, MURS, NMS, OTC sales and nominations Monthly staff rota Collate end of month data Sending off prescriptions Liaise and build upon relationships with surgeries Ideal candidate should:- Be registered with the GPhC Have 2 years experience in Community Pharmacy Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and be respected by patients and your team Be harding working, honest and punctual It is a permament full time position working ideally 59 hours per week Monday to Saturday . A day off during the week could be offered. Salary will depend on previous experience and achievements. An attractive bonus could be rewarded for exceeding expectations.
