Shift Maintenance Engineer - FM Maintenance - Liverpool Street, London My client is a market leading building maintenance service provider with a rapidly expanding portfolio across the UK. Due to a completion of a new building in Liverpool Street, they are seeking a Shift Maintenance Engineer to conduct daily PPM & reactive duties across this prestigious contract. The successful candidate will work alongside the day and night engineering team including across the landlord only operation, whilst working alongside the Shift Leader. They will also be supported by an onsite Contract Manager and Contract Administrator. Job Specification: Responding to any reactive and planned maintenance to plant throughout the buildings such as: Lighting, AHU's, FCUs, HVAC, pumps, sprinkler system, Pressure Units, UPS, generators and water treatment to name a few. Ensure strong communication clients Manage workload accordingly Organise sub contract labour. Carry out works in accordance to health and safety procedures Salary & Package: £43,000 Per Annum 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights - 7 till 7) Overtime Rates: x1.5 & x2.0 Mobile Phone, Training and Career Progression into Senior Roles. 20 Days Annual Leave Opportunity to work in a recognisable building in the City. The Person: City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2/3 in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering HV - AP (Highly Desirable) Demonstrate strong communication and people skills Team player, strong management skills Prioritising and solving problems often under pressure, utilising innovative solutions.
