Overview
Full time support worker job in Totnes supporting children with LD and complex needs. Your new company This outstanding care provides offers support to both children and young adults with learning difficulties and complex needs. due to the success of the provision they are looking to expand their team in Totnes taking on two new members of staff on a full time permanent basis. Your new role As a member of this hugely successful and caring team you will support children and their families on a respite basis, experience of medication administration, manual handling and complex care is essential. In your role you will be on rota on a two on two shift pattern covering both days and night with enhancement payments for night shifts. What you'll need to succeed Experience working with complex care is essential although ongoing training will be provided. Own transport would be advantageous but not essential. Desire to help and improve not just the time children spend at the respite centre but also the families experience.
