Job Description We are looking for a caring and positive Support Worker to join our service in Totnes where we support two gentlemen with a learning disability. Both gentleman live next to each other in the purpose built, brand new and spacious flat with a lovely view of Totnes river. This position is a part time, permanent post for 30 hours a week. You will be responsible for the day today livelihood of these individuals and will help with medication, personal care, finances and daily living tasks. It's really important that you are comfortable with providing personal care and working with individuals who have complex health needs. Rest assured our award winning training will ensure that you are prepared to be the best Support Worker that you can be As the people we support require assistance 24 hours a day you will expected to be flexible to work across a variety of shift patterns between 07.00 - 22.00 including sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays. However, we understand that flexibility is a two way street and we will factor your commitments into our rotas where possible.
