P/E backed IT business - Management Accountant - £45-50,000 benefits Rise up the ladder with this exciting P/E backed acquisitive IT services business in Central London expanding its revenues both organically and with potential acquisitions. The Finance Director is looking to add a high calibre Management Accountant to the small team to assist with providing management information and business analysis to the Board and to the P/E investors as the company expands. As No 2 to the FD, the Management Accountant role will include:- Monthly Management Accounts and Financial Analysis for the Board and P/E funders Budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, working closely with budget holders Work with department heads and management team to assist commercial decision making Assist with due diligence and integration of future acquisitions Constant assessment and improvement of processes, systems and controls Oversee the accounts assistant - accruals, prepayments, reconciliations and journals Responsible for Intrastat, EC Sales, VAT Return, P11Ds Prepare statutory accounts and assist with the audit and tax You will be either a recently Qualified Accountant or Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACMA, ACA) with a high calibre background. You should have excellent communication skills, be able to demonstrate working on your own initiative and be willing to help out in all areas.
