Job Title: Senior Legal Counsel (12 Month FTC) Salary: 86k plus generous benefits Location: Wokingham An exciting position has opened at a leading Global Pharmaceutical company for a Senior Legal Counsel to join their Legal & Compliance team and operate with a high level of influence and accountability. Your role includes: Business Partnering with Senior Management and Key Stakeholders to find solutions and respond to legal issues, balancing risk & opportunity. Delivering commercially focused advice by understanding the companys priorities and strategic focus on both a local and corporate scale. Delivering and advising on documents drafted to a consistently high standard. Providing responsive, creative advice on contentious matters to mitigate risk appropriately. Developing appropriate content for compliance training and education of the business, working closely with the Ethics and Compliance team where needed. Ensuring compliance across core business areas including anti-trust, GDPR, Anti-bribery and Anti-corruption. Experience and Qualifications required: Experience operating as an In-house Solicitor/Legal Counsel Must be a UK-qualified solicitor or barrister Knowledge of either FMCG/Life Sciences is desirable.
