Overview

The organisation are well-known throughout the UK & US and they have a very strong technical environment - everyone lives and breathes technology here. The team develop large-scale software solutions designed to improve efficiency within the healthcare industry and they have very quickly become a household name and a market leader within their field. These roles are for two brand new product focused teams for the companies Glasgow office, with each team consisting of 3-4 skilled Engineers- and will take ownership of a specific greenfield product. You'll be involved within the full lifecycle from architecture, development to deployment - and will have the opportunity to really make this greenfield project your own. Technology-wise, they are fairly agnostic and really just want to hire strong Software Engineers, they don't get too bogged down in tech stack. They work with C#, Java, Azure, Angular - but will also use the "best tool for the job" and are always open to new ideas around technology. The company always strive to stay ahead of the curve here too, and the engineers enjoy working with the latest technology on the market. They pay close attention to Software Development principles and there's an incredibly strong focus on doing software development correctly (SOLID principles, Design Patterns, Restful API's, Unit-Testing, Test-Driven Development) they're looking for folk who share their attitude. You will ideally have commercial experience with the following. C# or Java Skills (bonus points for both) HTML, CSS & JavaScript Databases; SQL Server, Elasticsearch, Oracle, NoSQL. The following is highly desirable; Microsoft Azure Angular2 Senior Developer / Team Lead experience experience working in a healthcare environment The salary for this role is open (up to circa £60,000) and they are recruiting for several Software Engineers from mid to senior level.
