Conrad Finance are pleased to be supporting a leading Multidisciplinary Consultancy based in Central London. Due to their continued success and growth they are looking to recruit an experienced Project Co-ordinator / Office Manager to join their established team on a 3-month temporary basis The successful candidate will have previous experience gained in a project coordination / office management position Ideally within a Design, Construction or Engineering business, have a strong knowledge of InDesign and good communication and Excel skills. Duties: You will be responsible for drafting and formatting reports and letters Check all bid and tender documentation Assist with marketing activities Support senior members of the team with a variety of administrative tasks Project coordination - keep track of all project documents and liaise with internal and external staff as required Manage all office facilities and the office Skills and personal attributes: Excellent Excel and InDesign experience Previous project coordination experience Have a hands-on approach Excellent attention to detail This is a great opportunity to work for a growing and established business.
