QUALITY TECHNICIANS X2 FMCG MANUFACTURING BUSINESS WARRINGTON - GREATER MANCHESTER £27,000 PER ANNUM PENSION 33 DAYS HOLIDAYS BENEFITS WORKING HOURS: DAYS - MONDAY - FRIDAY Owing to continued business success and significant worldwide orders, a Market leading, and very well-established Industrial FMCG manufacturing company is seeking two Quality Technicians to join their Quality Department. Manufacturing and processing a diverse range of products from their site in Warrington they supply into a vast array of clients and enjoy a strong worldwide market presence. The main purpose of these roles is to support Quality within the business driving technical improvements internally by understanding the customer's needs. Role Description Quality activites related to product development - sampling, development of packaging specifications, analysing test samples, inhouse line trial support. Customer complaint investigation - Liasing with customers, conducting traceability exercises, route cause analysis investigations Conduct internal audits to support systems compliance with accreditation standards, HACCP requirements, Safety Behaviours and process compliance. Active participant of the HACCP team, responsible for conducting annual HACCP validation activities. Technical support and management of key monitoring equipment e.g. Metal detectors & camera systems Works under Quality Manager to ensure teams are well informed and can relate to what is going on around them and within the business in terms of Quality information Develop healthy and effective working relationships within team and across other key stakeholders to assist with supporting business demands Skills and Qualifications Quality Assurance / Quality Technical Experience. Experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
