Overview
1st Line Support 18 - 24k Permanent, Full time Hook We are looking for someone passionate about customer service to fulfil a 1st Line role within a business role near to Hook in Hampshire. As part of this role you will be required to have exceptional organisation and the ability to work quickly and under pressure. Perhaps you are a graduate with a relevant degree seeking the opportunity to get into the tech industry or just someone that has previous experience within a 1st line role within a different product sector seeking a new challenge Responsibilities include: Providing customer service to clients / customers Assisting with 1st line issues, diagnosing and fixing over the phone or remote login Working very closely with account managers and admin teams internally Working with other support engineers on a workflow system Supporting with tech diagnostics on PCs servers and AV equipment We need you to be: Innately a "techy" with the ability to really deliver on customer service An understanding of Networking is preferred Interested in technical products Have either a degree or qualification in a practical tech area OR have an interest in building, taking apart and upgrading tech items in your spare time Able to spin plates Desirable: Linux based experience Tate is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
